Host, Sundi Jo, is a Christian Keynote Speaker, sharing the truth of Christ with a dose of laughter. She inspires others to break free from self-destructive behaviors so they can learn to love themselves and experience lasting transformation. 

In 2008, Sundi Jo weighed 330 lbs. and was short on hope with no direction of where her life was headed. But after hitting rock bottom, she turned her life around, lost 145 lbs., and committed herself to helping others find and pursue their passions and God-given dreams.

Sundi Jo has been called “a passionate, versatile, and thought-provoking communicator whose authenticity connects me with audiences in a way few people can.”

Insert Coffee Conversations. She is currently seeking an energetic and self-motivated Podcast Producer Intern to join her team. If you’re an ambitious, creative person who sees yourself fitting into a career in using the power of various forms of communication to further a brand, then this is the internship for you!

Position Summary

We’re seeking that special someone who will have a hands-on approach to helping produce all aspects of the show. 

Goals for this position include: 

• Oversee audio production, including interviews, pre-interviews, scheduling, story ideas, sound editing and mixing
• Constant improvement and striving for best practice.

Specific requirements include:

• Current enrollment in the field of Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar.
• Ability to develop and exude passion for Sundi Jo’s mission to share the truth of Christ with a dose of laughter. 
• Ability to work effectively and productively with other staff and clientele.  
• A passion to serve.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and support teams; team-oriented.
• Intelligent, resourceful, organized, and professional; capable of using these talents in an innovative and creative manner. Good attention to detail.
• Strong personal ethics and integrity.
• Oversee audio production, including interviews, pre-interviews, scheduling, story ideas, sound editing and mixing .
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
• Audio editing skills and experience. 
• Prior knowledge of podcast equipment and studio set-up preferred.
• Proactive and creative with excellent writing skills.
• Strong journalistic judgment.
• Ability to communicate on an executive level while managing the details of production.
