I had a million reasons not to work out this morning, but I chose to kick those excuses to the curb and take the next right step.

Someone I follow retweeted this today, and I want to thank you for your I bought a because I needed to hear it today. I stopped working out the last two weeks because I always had an excuse for why I shouldn’t. And this morning I woke up and said no to the excuses. I need to get up and exercise everyday for my health, but also to fight my depression. So thank you, and I can’t wait to read and hear more about you!
