Custom Song Agreement

This Custom Song Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sundi Jo Graham, under Eagle When She Flies Music / Orange Zebra Music (“Songwriter”), and the purchaser (“Client”). By purchasing a custom song, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Usage

• The Client acknowledges that the custom song is for personal use only and may not be distributed, resold, or commercially exploited in any manner.
• The song may be shared privately with family and friends but cannot be uploaded to streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) or used for public performance without express written permission from the Songwriter.
• The Client does not acquire any ownership rights to the song’s lyrics, melody, or production.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• The Songwriter retains all rights, including copyright and publishing, under Eagle When She Flies Music / Orange Zebra Music.
• The Client may not claim authorship, nor register the song with any Performing Rights Organization (BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, etc.).

3. No Modifications or Reproductions

• The song cannot be modified, remixed, or used as part of another work.
• The song may not be used in advertisements, films, business promotions, or any commercial endeavors.

4. AI-Generated Elements

• The Client understands that the final recording may include AI-generated melodies or vocals.

5. No Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given once work has begun.
